Volunteers are needed to ensure that event rooms are adequately prepared for and to respond to problems as they arrive. At the event they will Help with packing, arranging, setting up facilities and organizing logistics pre and post workshop sessions.

 

At the sessions, volunteers would also be needed to provide direction to attendees and ensure that event runs smoothly.

 

Vital to their task is to also ensure that only registered participants are in attendance and to provide assistance to all attendees as required. Issue survey at the end of the session and ensure that all delegates participating in the program are in attendance.

 

All volunteers will report to and work under the supervision of the Logistics coordinator.
